How to Book Flight tickets for Cheapest Fare

I know this would be the most expensive aspect of traveling. Now a days we have got so many booking websites with umpteen offers running all the time. Fortunately, if you use some of the mentioned tricks here, you can save lot of money on traveling by flights.

1. Be always flexible with your travel dates.

I have observed that if you travel on Tuesdays, it will certainly cost you very less. Similarly It's a best option to travel either in the early morning or late night as most of the passengers travel in the day time and thus the prices are so high during normal day time. And other tip is to book your schedule of traveling much before or after a major holiday to avoid the major travel rush and when the prices will also be high.

2. Book tickets much in advance before 90 days.

If you are very sure about you plan on travel, Fix your dates and book your ticket as soon as possible. Tickets' price will be normally at minimum range before 90 days of travel date. But the only disadvantage with this is that you may sometimes miss the offers,discounts that fly during the seasons.

3. Select the Alternate Routes

Sometimes rather than going by direct flight, it would be beneficial to do a break journey i.e. traveling in multiple flights with different routes including the smaller airports. Because some of the smaller airports charge less as part of landing fee.

4. Book through Airlines directly

Almost all the booking websites charge you convenience fees or handling charges or something around extra when compared to booking the flight directly through the Airlines. So, I prefer to book my tickets sometimes directly through Airlines to save up to 5%-10% of the ticket cost.

5. Buy Tickets on Multiple Websites

Sometimes, only some of the booking sites give offers or discounts. Sometimes even the range of offers may vary with each other. So it is better to confirm yourself with the existing offers and discounts prevailing in the market and then decide to book tickets in that booking website. So, it is better to register yourself with every booking site to know the offers at right time.
